(Case study / 2024)
Packaging · Web
A roaster moving from market stall to shelf. We designed packaging that stands out in a crowded aisle and a shop that makes subscribing take three clicks.

(Challenge)
Ember's coffee was winning blind tastings but losing on the shelf, next to brands with bigger budgets. They needed a pack that people notice from two metres away, and a site that turns first-time buyers into subscribers.

(Approach)
One bold colour per origin, one glowing stripe that runs across the whole range. On a shelf, ten bags line up into a single image.
The shop asks two questions, how you brew and how much you drink, then suggests a plan. You can change it at any time.
